Information on Nursery for World Archaeological Congress

We request people who wish to use childcare to read the terms of service as below and to send the application form to WAC-8 office () in e-mail. If you send the application form you shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms of service. Please bring the copy of the form on the days of WAC-8 and present it at the reception desk.

Eligibility: From 0 year（3 months old）to Primary school Venue: Kambaikan, Doshisha University We will disclose the information only to the applicants to ensure the security.

Services Association Fee:
JPY1,000(tax included)/per hour and per child
＊Please make a reservation for more than 2 hours per 1 hour.
＊Please pay by cash on the first day of your use. We can not be ready for enough change.

Insurance :
We join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure. Eligibility: The participant’s child(ren) of World Archaeological Congress From 0 year（3 month）to Primary school

Fee: JPY1,000/per hour and per child

Belongings:
[1] The identification card (passport/a health insurance card / a driver’s license)
[2] Application form（Please hand it to the childcare staff on your first visit）
[3] Lunch(when day care time takes at 12:00),Snack (when day care time takes at 15:00), child’s formulas, baby bottle, a drink, diapers, change of clothes, towel, several pieces of plastic bag (for dirty clothes cases).

Meal :
[1] We do not provide any meals at our nursery. Please pick up your child during lunch time or bring child’s meal so that we can assist eating. We do not prepared of refrigerator and microwave oven.
[2] We serve only what you bring for meal, drink and snacks.

For parents:
[1] Please take your child to the restroom before leaving him or her at nursery.
[2] Please be reminded we cannnot accept your child when he or she has fever over 37.5 degree, infectious diseases listed as below, is in poor physical condition, or is not being suitable for group nursery.
[3] In case of an emergency, the kid’s room staff will contact you through mobile phone. Please inform
[4] The kid’s room staff cannot give any medication.
[5] the kid’s room staff the emergency contact number by all means. Please take and pick-up your child(ren) punctually.
[6] Please put the name on all belongings. We have no responsibility.
